THEATER OR TENT

We live hyperconnected, but are we truly present?

Área Sem Fio is a contemporary circus performance that transforms this restlessness into movement, exploring the tensions between digital exhaustion, fragmented attention, and the desire for real connection.

A trapeze performer and a technician on stage, equipped with simple technologies, raise questions about the nature of their relationship, but together they offer the audience scenic images that evoke sensations experienced by humans captive to the virtual world.

Hey… So glad you’re back.

I had already started feeling alone, wandering between floors of a building in constant demolition. While androids dreamed of electric sheep, I dreamed of a cloud.

The cloud. It no longer carried condensed water. It held corrupted memories.

In what kind of graveyard do the files fall, those kept under the care of an overloaded cloud?

With the new security updates, the defragmenter is no longer enough to recover pieces of my drive.

Ah, I also dreamed of a spider in the corner of a country house roof. She spun webs. Wireless ones. No insect ever fell into the trap. Only us.

In this valley of bodies guided by prisms, I’m not sure anymore if this is fiction or real.

I keep dreaming [living] in the cloud.
